- Jim TCame here for Omakase lunch set. Head chef’s specially curated menu was impressive. Uplifting Italian cuisine with a touch of Japanese flavours. Love the homemade tagliatelle pasta, crab and shiso leaves. Delicately balanced with citrus notes from shiso herbs. One of the best pastas I’ve tasted! My partner enjoyed the duck with truffle sauce. Medium rare, tender and well seasoned. Perfect combination of truffle and duck. Home churned burnt caramel gelato was beautifully created like an art piece! Head Chef Yamada, Kent and Roy were very personalised in their service and we even had a great conversation about their food philosophy and inspiration behind their exquisite creations. Shoutout to Chef Yamada extreme focus and dedication in his cooking; Chef Kent and his positive, bubbly and entertaining personality; Chef Roy a young, inspiring and enthusiastic host! All in all, it was a pleasant experience and will definitely be back again- highly recommend others to try this gem too!...
